This is something that can be learned easily as energy can be easily transmuted. To do this, first call in your spirit guides. When you are feeling like you are in a low mood; stressed; being taken advantage of or are a target for someone else’s animosity…this can be dealt with by asking for transmutation of whatever energy is making you uncomfortable. Try this right now with something that is bothering you. (pause). You can say something like, “Dear spirit guides, I ask that the energy right now that is causing me discomfort be transmuted and blessed so that it returns to me in a beneficial way.” This can cause tremendous relief if done often every time you notice discomfort. The next time you are overwhelmed, ask for it to be transmuted into whatever energy frequency would give you the greatest relief. Do this often loved ones, there is no need to suffer with anything for any reason anymore. Cleanse yourself and then you will be free to take more on in the role of “Lightworker”. Teach others when you have become adept at noticing, identifying, and finally allowing it to be released and transmuted into that which will help you the most.
