“Greetings, it is I, Talabeus. I would like to discuss your light body. Not everyone has heard of this so let me explain. You have a physical body. You have layers of etherical substance energy bodies. And then there is the light body that starts to develop the more spiritual you become. In past times, only practitioners of intense spiritual paths attained a fully functional light body. I am here to tell you this is changing. There is a shift happening as the old paradigm of negative forces in this world used to outweigh in some ways, the good. We are reaching, if not have already passed, the tipping point in which the positive is more stacked in our favor. This is the result of hard working lightworkers who have paved the way for the mass awakening now happening. Back to what this has to do with your new “body”. Eventually you will no longer need a physical body if you choose to. Your new body that is being born will be your new vehicle. This is different from the form in which you take when on the “other side” in between incarnations. We would call that being in “spirit” form. No no, this is a body you will have while still incarnated in this life. It will not need physical food. It will not need physical air, nor water, nor any kind of special physical diet to survive. It will be fueled by Light. This is a spiritual Light. It can be found in most forms in the natural world that you would say gives off spiritual energy. Stones, crystals, trees, oceans, mountains, anywhere in the natural world that your contact with it makes you feel somehow “better”….this is the Light I am speaking of. It also comes from different sources in the universe, that is a subject for another time. But you may ask how does it get here if it comes from the “far reaches” of the universe? Everything is one. There is no distance for it to travel to get “here”. Everything that is here, if you think in reverse, is also all out “there”. There are sources of spiritual Light as varied as the spectrum of colors you can see and those that you can’t. But they are all Light, and the light body needs those sources to survive. So some of you may find yourself gravitating to fresh foods and things…vegetables, fruits, purified water. Some of you no longer eat meat. Or have cut other unhealthy things from your diet. Why? Because the alternative feels empty and you are undernourished on an energetic level if you do not have these fresh things. So I would like you to include in your new Light diet\u2026contact with energy producing objects and frequent trips into nature. It used to be called “recharging your battery”, it is now called “survival”. Adapt you will, and we love watching this process unfold in those who are reading this.
