“Greetings dear ones. Today I wish to speak to you about choosing healthy people in your life. Many of you fall into the trap of allowing toxic people and toxic relationships into your life. I am here to tell you this is not necessary, especially for you Lightworkers. This is a problem because having toxicity in your life, in any form, is bad for your health, correct? However, toxic people and situations impact your spirit and being on a level even worse than some physical toxins. There is a direct correlation between the health of your spirit and the health of your body. Some of you go through detox programs for your body. If you are serious about having a healthy mind, body and spirit, you must detox your entire life, step by step. Isolate the main toxicity in your life and target that as something to be released so you are no longer affected. I use the word release, as although you may think you have no control over a toxic situation or person, it is still around because some part of you is holding on to it somehow. Many are familiar with the concept of guardian angels, or with spirit guides. Whichever you believe in or resonate with, know this, we cannot help you if you do not ask. So if you are “stuck” with toxicity you no longer want in your life, perhaps try asking Spirit or with whomever you feel comfortable, for correction of the imbalance causing the “holding onto”. Ask for the correction to be able to release these things with peace and ease to the highest level possible. And you may also add “either this or something better” as sometimes we know of things to help with you would never think to ask for. This is the meaning of “blessings”. You can lead a life free of things and people harming you on an emotional, mental and energetic level. It requires a bit of bravery on your part to both release and ask for assistance of your guides.
