Nicole M “Greetings dear ones, it is I, Talabeus. Today I would like to teach you a simple way of what we call shifting perception. Shifting perception is important to get unstuck from negative ruts. You don’t want to stay in those, or you begin to attract more of what you are stuck in, creating a loop that can be hard to escape from. So to shift your perception is to mentally, emotionally and spiritually place yourself somewhere else than the state you are currently in. To do this, you get to be a bit creative. You can create a new “routine”…a more fluid and productive one. Or you can choose the opposite of what you are coming out of to be your new destination so to speak. The technique for this is as old as time, yet I offer it with a new and elevated twist that will make it more effective for you. The protocol is: 1) Visualize. Imagine you are relieved to be out of the old rut finally. Imagine that that was a long time ago and is far behind you. 2) Call it in. Once you have visualized, you “call it in” by stating “I am now in (name of better routine).” Say it out loud 3 times. If it does not feel solid, say it aloud or internally 3 more times. Continue until it feels as if it has an anchor attached to it that will not float away when you stop thinking of it. 3) Go about you business. Do not “try” to make the new you a matter of willing it to be. Go with the flow and simply observe changes that happen over the next month. You may want to write down how things are now, and leave a blank space for one month from now, to write how it is then. Changes happen rapidly (only a month!), but feel as if nothing is changing at all until it is a hindsight 20/20 situation. Try this, experiment, and most of all play. Your spiritual life should be a source of fun for you. If it is not, add something to it that is. That is all for now.
